Project Description

This poster was designed to use as inspiration for designing a website. We were given the task of researching a designer of our choice. Wes Wilson, a concert poster designer during the 1960s, was the designer chosen. He was one of the first designers to use a psychedelic design technique. The background of the poster is one of Wilson’s posters designed for a concert at the Fillmore Auditorium. A purple wave and text on top was added to explain who he was. This poster began the inspiration for the next project, the Wes Wilson website.
